after trying it ...i found that my char. skills skills bar is hidden o.O

i cant find my Skills bar F1-F2-F3 etc... Trading and arena and friends list " can be open by short cuts" the question is ...what about skills bar?

is this only a speed hack? .. i only use cyclone and i manual do jumping.. is this a speed hack or a bot? .. how to use the bot if it has?
