Ok now im working with fine server and pleasure to guide u.but remember when start SERVER DONT START SKYPE.IDK WHY CZ I THINK SKYPE TAKE SOME PORT THAT NEED IN GAME.STOP SKYPE WHEN SERVER STARTED THEN OPEN IT AGAIN.^^!

My friend getting timeout usually. Just restart the windows server and try login again!
