If you can obtain a copy of the developer documents from JOYMAX, you would see that they planned to release the Islamic race and Persian cities WAYYYYY earlier. If it hasn't happened now, it's not happening. Trust me on that.

It is not going to happen. Their game is so much behind compared to other Korean Games.
Black Desert for example. Joymax could never compete.
So they just milk their western audience instead. Adding a new race wouldn't make sense. It's too much work and for what reason ?
If they would've had released a new race back in 2009/2010, then yeah, they would've probably gotten more recognizement.
Now it's too late.

Of course, everyone knows that they PLANNED it, they never implemented it and never will. It is the same case with fortress war system. If you check the guide, you can see references to UNIMPLEMENTED FWS such as Black Robber, Donhwang, Samarkand, etc. There are also database references @ vsro dbs for these fortresses. There is likely work done for islam / Persia, but I guarantee it will never be completed.

Btw, there are official developer documents. They are just not leaked. You can ask MeGaMaX about that.

Of course there are. I never said otherwise. But they are not publicly available.

We will see. It's likely that it will not occur but there is always a slim possibility that it can happen on the next Legend update, but god knows how many years until that will take place. With the experience needed to reach 140, that alone takes 6+ years. I don't expect there to be another cap increase unless some serious changes take place in the 130-140 game system.

Or they will be leeching off players for 6+ more years, especially those who will want to reach max level cap + money from the new servers.
That's their plan, I can bet on that.
Then the game shuts down and they focus on the mobile games.
