erm no is not bug but i tink some jumping error. You choose 'PVP' tick it and u will see ur helm.

im a blader btw

your equips are pretty good(except gloves....mp auto heals anyway so try and find better craft)..what u want to improve them with?....and btw how i full second slot easy....failed 10 times with FCHH on my suit
