Dude he doesnt mean the skill he means the delay from 2 different skills.. if you cast "Flame Wave - Hell Fire " so the another skill "Flame Wave -Disintegrate" will get the delay too.. normally they both have different delay times..

10 Min Playing and i see the client is bugged as hell

i crashed with 4 different chars and now i cant log them in again wtf o.O
