I don't think they have the permission to actually follow you into a dungeon [aka teleport theirself to you]
IF they don't have proof that you are suspected for hacking/bug abusing.
That they actually can do it if they want is another part of the story.

It is called Cabal Rider / Cabal Bot , just google it . But ... it's not for free:)

Get the correct .enc files (data folder) from your private server, which is mostly a new client + their patch.
