when is s3 up and runing

what name do you need to change the english patch folder to so that it works for this server? i've tried taiwan, TAIWAN, china, and CHINA but they don't work. i've been searching for an answer but everytime sum1 asks no1 replies. can sum1 tell me please

well i installed dekaron eu but didnot update it then downloaded the chinese patch and copied it to dekaron folder then ran the chinese patch from there it patched ok then clicked the mini launcher ah what do you know i was on the server getting 100x XP cooooool but today i start the mini launcher and get to the choose server screen but no servers to choose from :( have to ctrl+alt+delete to exit strange but anyone have any ideas or do they have ip block running

someone pls pls pls can help me to get an acount i cant :D
