Right click the file and click properties...
That's all.

By the way, what kind of attribute?

^ i think he is talking about the read only attribute

1.Script Hack Detect/Report
2.crashlogDS.txt
3.crashlog.txt
4.crashdata.dat
5.clientfilelist.txt

those files are saving in my GC folder right??
so if i use deepfreeze im sure it will reset all to the previous so no need this tut if I/we play while our deepfreeze is ON?? i hope this is work :D

Hey just a question, i did everything and followed the tut (thanks).
But it looks like the next maintence is on 28th and ive already deleted those files
and followed it step by step altho, when i was grinding after that, ive got a couple of notice from GC that "hacks are detected" or whatever, but i cant find the new files in the folder.

Does this mean that i cant delete the files and that I will get banned?
Since i got that message a couple of times now

I cleared crashlogDS.txt, crashlog.txt and the clientfilelist.txt
Opened them nd delete everything out of them?
Save them
Run the program?
Then about about that .dat file i cant open it

I would still prefer that you'll still use the GC Protector becuase the GC client can still save and send it instantly in their server.

Deepfreeze can only remove those files when your computer is restarted or turned off.

Since you alrdy hidden & read-only those files, GC, wont be able to write on it, thus you will be safe.

anyways, just run the GC protector to be save :))

ic ic...... btw.....i will need gc protector when i click deactivate in wrong time ??? or even i didn`t deactivate it in wrong time but i DC in the middle of the dungeon? or if the files r being pop up on my gc folder?

I did this tut once, and i used SD hack again, and i got the 3rd party error so i went to go do this tut again and the crashlog files were folders?? They're empty. But the .dat file has something in it but idk how to open it.

(3.1) After deleted, Right click, Properties, Atttributes, Tick Read-Only & Hidden, Apply, Ok.) right?
but I forgot to tick it... Its alright?
how to edit that file? because the crashlogDS.txt, crashlog.txt, crashdata.dat, clientfilelist.txt are hidden by the program, even I can see hidden files, I cant see those file...

Go to Tools > Folder options.

Then tick "show hidden files and folders" and you should see the files there.
If it wasn't, then it can be a hidden system file or it is deleted.
