They're purchasing cheats, of course they should be cautious. Everyone will say anything to bring down other providers as its a competition, I get that. But thanks reminding them.

I have a lifetime subscription with you, and I've been trying to reach out for the past few days. I contacted you through your post here on epvp, on Discord, and I even joined your server with an alt account just to explain myself and apologize for what I did.

I posted a GIF after someone mentioned you were going to exit scam, but I never seriously said anything like that myself. I just wanted the chance to talk with you, but I wasn’t given the opportunity. My alt account got banned too, and I couldn’t even see your response—if there was one.

It’s been three days of trying to get in touch. I understand you're busy, and I respect that, but it feels a bit unfair to keep me waiting indefinitely, especially after we already waited a long time for you. If you're not planning to unban me, I’d really appreciate it if you could just let me know. Or if you plan to do it in a week or so, just saying that would help a lot—I just want to stop having to send these messages and waiting without knowing.
