It is stable for a few months now, no changes on our side either. So all good on our side, at least for now.

No idea about ranks, I am on Diamond 1 right now, no issues. Got a higher rank a season ago, still on the same account.

NGRHook detected. Shortly after my purchase, I was banned twice. Given that I had only just started using Apex, so my HWID clean. After I requested a refund, my forum account was banned as well. This behavior is deceptive and unacceptable. Not recommend.

We want to clarify a few things regarding this review:

The reason for your ban is not related to a refund request AT ALL. You deliberately spammed our ticket system while ignoring the note to not do it.
Additionally, you assumed my personal status (claiming im home, ignoring you), escalated to threats of a bad review instead of waiting for proper support, blamed me entirely when your issue may not even be related to detection (as pointed out by other users who told you they're safe with teh cheat). You're impatient, entitled and trying to weaponize a review to pressure us. We set boundaries, explained ourselves and you still pushed things further so - you got banned.

Our DMs and personal channels (Discord, Telegram, etc.) are not for support. All customers are expected to use the ticket system so we can track and resolve issues properly.

At the time of your messages, I was not at my computer. My partner is from the US so timezone plays a role there too. I responded as soon as I returned and began checking tickets. Being “online” on Discord does not mean I am available for immediate support.

You chose to bypass the ticket system and spam my personal accounts, then escalated to threatening a bad review when you didn’t get an instant reply.

Threats and harassment are not tolerated and will not result in refunds or faster support.

We are always ready to help customers who use the proper support channels and treat us with respect. But we will not be pressured by threats or inappropriate behavior.

Also, per the Terms of Service (section “Online Gaming”), “NGRHOOK accepts no responsibility to your online gaming accounts … You, the user, are solely responsible for your online gaming activities and any loss to any of your online gaming accounts …”.

Our Refund Policy clearly states that refunds are only issued if the subscription has not been activated or used, and within the first 3 days from purchase. Since the product was used and a ban occurred afterwards, the policy does not oblige us to issue a refund.

Just after you started causing a circus around yourself, a user told you immediately he uses the cheat on masters rank.

They didn’t respond to the ticket for 15 hours, and when they finally did, they sent screenshots from unrelated places. I asked about the legit settings. Since there was no reply, I just played with the aimbot off and only ESP for 15–16 hours. They themselves admitted in their messages that they didn’t provide support. You’ve probably also seen that they read my messages but didn’t reply. Everything is clearly visible in my screenshots. They might try to defend themselves by writing unrelated things, but I absolutely do not recommend them. I’m sharing my opinion: it’s a regret. There’s zero attention or support, and cheats get banned immediately. Everything is shown clearly in the screenshots I sent. As I said, you might find the unrelated comment from the above person cringe. Have a good time on the forum.
They claimed that I “threatened” them, found an excuse, refused to refund me, and even terminated my account. Both of my accounts were banned, and I wasn’t going to use it again anyway.




And finally, I want to add that they don’t even have a proper ticket system.

you deserve it and if you leave bad review about them on epvp they ban you

Edit: post your proof of purchase along with your review on their thread to avoid having your review deleted because he will report it to mods lol

it`s also job of xenos to keep actualized list, plus it`s really easy to remove an -rep, a lot of people do not provide purchase proof and sellers can simply report the message and it will be deleted, plus if you lookup into their thread you`ll see that they have positive feedback too, so yea, the guy who purchased the cheat is probably last to blame in this situation

Did you even read my response? Our users themselves told the guy to be patient and wait since his issue will be resolved and he will be compensated prior to the fact he asked for refund.

This guy did everything in his powers to be an annoying, entitled individual as much as possible and resulted to threats before we even began discussing something. I'm gonna ignore the fact that he was clearly out of our refund policy but - if you think we're in the wrong for banning him for violating like 50 out of 51 rules, you're as delusional as him.

When you look at the screenshots, there is nothing showing that I was supposed to wait, and if he really told me where to wait, I want him to provide that himself. He said he woke up just 10 minutes ago, yet he ignored my ticket for 17 hours, so I had no choice but to write on Discord since I saw him online there. He kept going online and offline countless times but didn’t bother replying to the ticket or my Discord messages. The cheat is completely detected — you get banned within one or two hours of using it. It’s a waste of money and I strongly advise against buying it. They immediately ban you just for leaving a short comment or sharing your opinion, clearly to avoid giving refunds. He keeps making excuses like “I wasn’t home, I was here or there,” and when I checked other complaints, it was always the same excuse. In my opinion, this person is lying. As a defense against my screenshots, he uploaded two screenshots of his own; I had asked “How can I use the cheat legit?” and he simply took a photo of that and uploaded it, which is nothing abnormal. Honestly, if you need another €15 I can send it, but your cheat is terrible. :D
