Status "unknown" and "Subpar Support"... Wow!
1. We have had in a year, 3 reports of bans. 2 of which was caused by a spoofer and the other was someone that was banned immediately (and everyone knows an immediate ban before going into server was a previous ban, probably offline ban).
2. Support (below average) - We have probably one of the best, if not, the best support "not ran by kids" and active 24h. We also have a 16,000 line AI ticketbot that solves 99% of the issues for everyone and a custom checker tool called VexOS Checker (used by other servers to give support to their customers as it has came to my attention) with a very easy interface and step by step instructions with UI buttons to toggle certain settings with "1-click" without having to read 10 pages of tutorials and go threw hidden windows settings (even tho VexOS is plug and play). Saying that, there is absolutely NO need to disable anything except for Virtualization.
Apart from this, we have highly trained staff with more than enough knowledge, not the typical kid that learnt how to switch on his PC 3 days ago. Our staff are very familiar with coding, smbios and AC flags etc...
So yeah, kind of a shock to see how this status was changed and how support was classed like this... oh and to finish it off, you even got the price incorrect, surprise surprise. Either remove us from the list or fix it because it's obviously not trusted nor is accurate.
I guess all of these posts I have been reading about many users doubting this is legit are real... Updated cluelessly and probably because no freebies are offered or ass licking done to whoever runs the list. But hey, I didn't ask to be on this list in the first place, nor did I know about it until we got some applications to join our server quoting epvp. But yeah, as I said before, if this is the way things are run around here, I prefer to exclude myself, my brand and my product to not be associated with such garbage. Too much work goes into everything for having to waiste time on this.
