There is nothing unofficial about it, it's just a way to make it seems like it's run by someone unofficial when it's actually not anymore.

When staff members can edit and choose whoever, however and whatever is on the list, it isn't unofficial anymore, and it's credibility worth nothing.

Status "unknown" and "Subpar Support"... Wow!

1. We have had in a year, 3 reports of bans. 2 of which was caused by a spoofer and the other was someone that was banned immediately (and everyone knows an immediate ban before going into server was a previous ban, probably offline ban).
2. Support (below average) - We have probably one of the best, if not, the best support "not ran by kids" and active 24h. We also have a 16,000 line AI ticketbot that solves 99% of the issues for everyone and a custom checker tool called VexOS Checker (used by other servers to give support to their customers as it has came to my attention) with a very easy interface and step by step instructions with UI buttons to toggle certain settings with "1-click" without having to read 10 pages of tutorials and go threw hidden windows settings (even tho VexOS is plug and play). Saying that, there is absolutely NO need to disable anything except for Virtualization.
Apart from this, we have highly trained staff with more than enough knowledge, not the typical kid that learnt how to switch on his PC 3 days ago. Our staff are very familiar with coding, smbios and AC flags etc...

So yeah, kind of a shock to see how this status was changed and how support was classed like this... oh and to finish it off, you even got the price incorrect, surprise surprise. Either remove us from the list or fix it because it's obviously not trusted nor is accurate.

I guess all of these posts I have been reading about many users doubting this is legit are real... Updated cluelessly and probably because no freebies are offered or ass licking done to whoever runs the list. But hey, I didn't ask to be on this list in the first place, nor did I know about it until we got some applications to join our server quoting epvp. But yeah, as I said before, if this is the way things are run around here, I prefer to exclude myself, my brand and my product to not be associated with such garbage. Too much work goes into everything for having to waiste time on this.

I've been with VexOS for a while now and I can personally say the support is top tier. Its rare that you can trouble shoot any issues directly is the Dev himself. His response time is fantastic and the best I've seen across the community.... Just sharing my personal experience. I think you got this one wrong...

Vex is a good brand, they've been stable for a while. I cannot say its status because i dont use cheats myself but i can say its pretty well handled. It's probably better if the thread owner provided data on how many, who and why they changed your status.

+rep vexOS honestly best rust cheat out there right now and to put the cherry on top the support team helped me fix all my issues that weren’t even related to the product. 10/10 cheat 11/10 support

vex has given me the BEST support out of all these providers ive tried, whether their product is "better" or not, they genuinely have the best support.
haven't been dtc once by them and they are quite literally the only provider to not even be dtc lol, shame someones gotta try and shit on it for literally zero reason because of "subpar support" which isn't true and they're most likely saying that because they expect people to sit at their pc's all day and support as if its their job. and even then, when i had issues, vex practically was giving me full on responses, very quickly.

you also gotta remember that the person running vex is a GROWN MAN, and has a life.
