Unless there are people that use 2 or more PC's (you can login 2 per pc) yes, 750 real people are online, unless they coded (or whatever) their way around the hwid which is highly unlikely.

EDIT: Seeing as you clearly have no clue what it is about, a simple proxy in this server is NOT enough to enable you to login more than 2 chars...
