Alliance Guides Change Log:

• Eastern Kingdoms (20-25) - Guide changed so that user is level 24 before being told to pick up the quest "Rebels Without a Clue"
• Dwarf & Gnome 5-15 - Step 129 now correctly directs players to Stolen Explorers' League Document
