3) Jewels for Devil Spirit => Now you need 2k silks to make it +3. That's way too much. Removal if it doesn't help the server/players/admins.
Solution => Increase the rate for devil alchemy. Make it medium-hard so everyone can have it +3 = Equality. Admins make them $ = Everyone is happy.
4) Premium plus price is high IF silks prices are not gonna be ''cheap''. I would recommend to have it 290 and keep the silk price on average to let everyone donate ($ for your server) and people don't mimimi about it's price = Everyone is happy.
5) Don't forget about 10D npc item sell prices. This is a sneaky way to get rich so easy. They has to be lowered. Or inflation so quick.
6) Server needs 1 more SOX. A SOX that has value between SOS and SOM.
Why => A valuable item in the server market helps EVERY PLAYER to make money out of it. Also is an other achievement for players before they get SOM items => More fun. Also more $$ for your server as ''some people'' will just go ahead and pay silks for it. => Helps non-donators to get silks. Helps you to get $$ = Everyone is happy
7) Union limit 3. More guilds come together, more help they get from each other. More communication and interaction makes people satisfied & happy. Players are happy => You're happy
8) Mastery 330. Why do we discuss about this in 2017 *sigh*
9) Trace ''has to be'' allowed. It's a great idea. A really good idea. In 2017, won't work. If you like girl and you want to fuk her so bad, tru, its a good idea but she has a bf. wont work, dont do it
10) Berserk Pots (Correct me if l'm wrong) the cooldown is 3 mins. Originally its 20 minutes which is fine. If it's 3 mins, at job-at uniques you will see everyone zerking 24/7. Lame af
11) Swear filter: I can't say wtf even. Come on
12) INT requirement for first-snow shield. Lazy for calculation, someone do it

About EXP rate. If we set it to 500x, people will level faster. Hence, they will skip monsters, and won't check their drops properly. For example, there was a bugged item dropping at Jangan cave, and it doesn't have a drop rate of 100% P.S: Currently EXP rate is 55~60x
There will be BETA npc which will have elixirs, stones, and alchemy stuff. Also, there will be command available that gives the player full blue/stats items will apply it when it's the time to check skill balance.
DG10 last tier items sell price will be lowered.
Silk prices? Will be discussed with the team.
INT requirements, depends.
Ingame chat-filter should be wiped.
A new SOX? There is SOS already (It's strong enough to sell 'n buy)
Berserk potions delay will be increased (If it's 3 minutes)
I didn't answer to all points, because most of them would need a proper discussion with the team.
Drop rate should be increased as well, please confirm.
