As far as I know this was only accomplished once and for a short while. I certainly have no idea how it was done, but I think it can be surmised from that fact that it is an extremely difficult feature to pull off.

about that:
the thing that during a time IDM didnt work for a while they did something so that if you change the Third wep or the skill it'll crash the game, so im pretty sure that if you want to make all weapons changeable NOW, it might be impossible, except if you totaly change the game files or something.

Is it work after new update it's don't work for me :( i teach a lot of this hack and now I can't use it :(
