im still getting Character not found running bolth 32 bit client and launcher

i start the hack, start aion, after a few seconds aion crashed with error message: "This Programm is unavailable in your Country"

You can only run Aion after log in in the official homepage. (45)
I get this message when i try to log in (even with the new version of Aihackon).
Anyone knows how to bypass this?

I do not know XD, open the game then I'll go aihackon. NA serves ok, then he does not think my character does not know WHAT am I doing wrong if you can help
