how we can use pick up list?

On RO when i turn on pickup filter it lags so much that it kicks me out :( yesterday it was working just fine ,if someone has the same problem like i do and founded a way to solve it please let me know to.
My english is pretty bad, sorry.

Now it's even worse if i even try to turn it on instant kick :(

Bug gefunden:
Wenn man beim Itemfilter ein Item removen möchte multipliziert er die vorhandenen Items und man kann dann nichts mehr entfernen das Spiel fängt an zu laggen wenn man Pickup aktiviert.
Wäre über ein kleines Update zufrieden^^
