Würde man hierfür gebannt werden würde man auch für custom skins etc gebannt werden.
Soweit ich weiß kann man hiermit aber auf keinen sv_pure 1 Servern spielen.

Theoretisch ist es möglich (bei spielen die schlecht aufgebaut sind und wo der sourcede einsichtig ist) einen aimbot direkt in die gamefiles zu schreiben ^.^
