yea with megaupload its no problem ...
but with 100kb/s its take a while to dw ;D but anyway hope that reg ll be open about 3pm :D

unfortunately, in STEP 2... the last blank requires an ID number, of which i havn't figured out what it is..

it goes like this:

ID(username)
FORUM name
pass
confirm pass
make your own security question
answer it
e-mail
phone number ( can be fake ;P )
-------------------------------
the last 2 columns:
ur name ( IN CHINESE ) so go to translator and make something up :)
and finally.... ID number, which i don't know what it is, please someone that can speak trad-chinese help?
