Regarding your question, the Cryptic Lapis used to be our end-game lapis, but not no more, we've made it more common to farm so new players can link them. We do have custom lapises that are players did donate for. Information of those lapises are also on my game guide thread.

In other non-related news, we're still up and running for 5+ years, we'll be hitting our 6th anniversary in September, which is in 5 months. The upper staff, including myself are always looking into better ways to improve the new players' experience.

Come join us at Cryptic Shaiya, we have brand new starter gears that'll increase the power of new players. This will help them to farm better gear and lapises.

Our staff team is quite active in making events, we even make a winners thread on forums, which random players can win something just by participating in an ingame events. At random times a staff member may even post a winners thread from just normal pvp.

We even have our own Discord server, become an active person on Discord and you may win some prizes during our weekly drawings. At random times an upper staff will host the draw, type in /enter and you've entered into the draw. At the end of the draw, the upper staff member will draw a certain amount of winners.
We encourage players to use Discord so players can strategize pvp raids, do guild activies, or even faction meetings.

Since our first post is outdated, i'll put some new information about the server here:

Cryptic Shaiya 2.0

Our 2.0 version of Cryptic Shaiya has been live since March 2016.
*Features of our Server*
EP6.3 server with pets, costumes, and wings working. In addition to that we no longer have a HP cap.
Instant Leveling. Create a character at either in Easy Mode for Lv15 or Ultimate Mode for Lv80. To become Lv30 you must use our Lv30 pill item on a Lv15 toon with 0 kills.
Safe Linking. None of your items will be destroyed upon failure of linking a lapis.
Cantabillion Revamped. Further improvements has been made on equip item availability. 2 brand new bosses has been added on the PvP map for a better PvE experience.
Proelium Revamped. A Rank reward system has been in place for 15 pvp, and further improvements on equip item availability. Again, 2 new bosses has been added on the PvP Map.
Custom Items. We do have custom items that have slightly a better advantage towards the average player. However, all gear upgrades and equivalent statted items are available in game in some way. For custom items we have Custom sets, weapons, wings, costumes, and pets.
Working EP6 Skills. Our skills are working and is constantly modified for class balance. New Skills have been added and/or replaced other skills. Such as Evasive Maneuvers for Mages, Projectile Interception for Rangers, and Shuriken Bombing which replaced Death Touch for Rangers and more.
