when ever i start up my ECSRO(WITH ENGLISH.MEDIA PK2) it say server check? do i need chinese media.pk2 or sommit?

Is it possible to play that server by downloading only the patches and putting them on MHTC folder? I did that but when I run "silkroad" I get a screen full of "?????",them I press "ok" and the launcher apears but "start" button does not show...

I dont play MHTC,I playied like 1 month ago.I just happen to still have it installed,soh instead of downloading the newECSRO I would like to know if I may use the MHTC folder to run the new server,just by installing the 70mb patches.
