Ufonose recently posted a information on his twitter:

sorry guys, cant event connect to the server and upload a bugfix. no grindroad tonight, thanks to whoever is so scared of a fan project

As you see server won’t open today, there was a bugfix and ufonose can’t access apparently the server is under attack.

Forums will be in maintenance mode to prevent spam.

Servers will open tomorrow and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
Tomorrow servers opens at 20:00 GMT +2 (Turkey Istanbul hour).
