The first 4-5 times it works good but now it crashes every time :(

try to delete all profiles and create new... it worked for me too...

I think you should place the files in the S4 League Folder.
Then open everything as administrator.
Then hope Advertisment pops up.
And then hope it works ingame.

Otherwise i could ask forbidi to please upload a version without advertisment.
