Do not be worried about it. You will surely get your referrals. There can be up to 72 hours delay on riot servers, but GU4RDIAN1 makes it in 24 hours. Just wait :)

Few delays with some orders, should only take an extra 12 hours though.

So from the beginning, I added the OP on Skype and he was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and didn't try to BS me. I was even able to go slightly off-topic without him raging at me. I was never rushed/hurried. We actually talked for several hours on and off before I even made a purchase. He spoke English well, it was easy to communicate.

I purchased 200 referrals for the NA server and was quoted a 24 hour time for completion.


Post-sale experience:

The bots mostly leveled up within those 24 hours, but the RIOT site took a while to update. The same day, the bots were listed in my RAF 2.0 section on the LoL website but all displayed as level 1 despite being higher. RIOT seems to have some kind of delay here. Obviously not seller's fault.

By the next day (the 27th of October, 2014) the bots were almost done leveling and I was observing them almost the entire day and noticed that for several hours the last 7 bots had not leveled completely. I contacted him on Skype at 8:42PM CST and he didn't answer (possibly offline, not sure because he is invisible when he's online besides the original date of contact and you can no longer check online status of Skype users).

I informed him again on the 28th of October at 2:01 AM about the 7 bots that hadn't leveled. I received a response at 2:29 AM apologizing for internet problems and notifying me that the bots would be ruining player's gameplay again soon :D :D

By 5:40 AM when I logged in on the LoL-NA site again, I saw all my referrals ready to be redeemed, aside from 3. This means that for MOST of the bots the process was complete in 49 hours (including processing time from RIOT). So this means 49 hours doesn't necessarily mean that the service took this long, just that it's the total time from purchase until receiving the rewards. This can vary based on what time you purchase, the amount of customers he's serving at the moment, and when RIOT updates their website.

So here I am, collecting 52,250 IP (I already had 1 referral before purchase), 1 rune page, Warwick + skin, Twitch + skin, 21,975 RP, and of course the appropriate forum title.

Therefore, I'm only missing 5,000 RP because of the network outage from lol-referral.com causing there to be a delay. Once those 3 bots finish leveling up, and RIOT's RAF 2.0 system updates I should have my 5k additional RP.

The website design is simple and clean, but informative. I didn't verify the calculations of time and money spent compared to purchasing referrals to him, but I appreciate that the information is there as long as it's valid. Either way, it's obvious this is a much better deal than grinding the IP And buying the RP.

Upon order I was never prompted to create an account, and after I purchased I found out that I can have an account history showing my orders and all. I created an account and requested the OP attach my order to the account and he did so promptly.

Got banned from refer a friend system. Didn't create a ticket or tell anyone. Did everything as instructed, RIOT still found out. Took a bunch of RP, skins, and champs away from me and I can't use RAF now.

On my 100 referrals, 20 are freeze since yesterday (LVL 1, LVL 5 and LVL 9). I'm scary about the end of RAF 2.0 and lose 10 000Rp. Can you help me ?

We already know how their new system will work

You get 1000 IP per level 10, caps at 5 total refs, or 5000 IP. You get the Warwick skin at 2 or 3 refs, the Twitch one at 5.


With season 4 ending really soon, I assume it will roll out when it ends, so I guess 2 or so days
