Buy XP it's working fine for me...
Make sure you don't mess with the files by changing accounts then leave the counters not reseted.

People tend to stop accounts then start new ones with the old config with counters not clean... result it will not buy nothing since the old acc already bought..

So if you start a fresh account like was said already here very well by Quarex the config must have:
- BuyMethod=1
- xpalready=0

And only buys if it have 400 RP at lvl3 or at lvl 5 also works when you do 5-10 accs.

All of my accounts are only getting 250 RP and none are buying boosts. What am I doing wrong?

You get 400RP when reach lv 3.

Guys, NHC took out the creator because it didn't work as it was supposed to be. Too many bugs / not good enough / whatever.

You have to wait for an update or take my Account Creator instead.

5v5 is more reliable imo

Also you get 5 done at a time. And if you don't have 5 to do, just put a level 30 or two in there as well.

You gain 1k ip a day (24 hours) leaving it co-op vs ai
