This is exactly one of the answers i got after my ban and my complains. Look like automated finaly. But after maybe 30 emails to their support it was the first time they named "midnight".

As i don't give up, i got a new email yesterday :

I have reviewed this for the final time. I have confirmed without any doubt that the account in question used the disallowed program Midnight. I have also confirmed that this occurred from the account's normal play location, and that it was not compromised on or near the date that the violation occurred. The account will remain closed permanently.

may be that they got the name from the crash report you sent by mistake. so if you used midnight and chrashed->sent crash report to anet it might be that they checked the account afterwards

so - is it detected now, hm ?

I should not have reset my computer, I hope buffy reuploads it.. :/
