Oh, a side note. It seems to me that the HWID part of the ID Manager requires you to allow cookies in your default browser, or IE by default. If it's not allowing cookies, it probably won't go through the HWID process correctly. I know I had a couple problems until I forced IE to allow cookies, then it worked fine.
