For those who are having problems with the local.ini file here is a little hint
!!! DO NOT EDIT ANYTHING IN LOCAL.INI !!!
as I restored mine back to original thats why it worked
BTW was on holiday for last week and will see if I can upload better graphics video of setting up the files
my VLC plays it just fine

Lol trying to do the my self but here is what I have translated so far.
A hint would be to use sql 2008 to export and import the tables to excel with headers but that still need to do a lot of work to it. I have translated most parts of DR2_Local I just have to finish with TB_DefStrings as it doesn't fit properly

i need help i register me in sql 2005 but i cant login me with my new acc..

Make sure the account is a sql server authentication account and that you are login in on that as well
And how about this I'll remake setting up the files for the server in higher quality

I even tried using the ones you've uploaded..

And I've followed every step in your video..

its the local.ini in your .\mlserver\smc\Patch\Config I'll give you mine to use. and you need to change the 127.0.0.1:something to what ever the name is of your server mine is HELLO-WORLD\DRAGONICA and in about 20 minutes I'll post another video.
