Hey so, i've had my license frozen for a bit due to it being detected and work in progress and testing for a while, but woke up today to ur discord bot messaging me: ''Your role at "Reported" has been removed as your license has expired.

Is my license still frozen or?

It is, our servers were down for a brief moment and our discord bot misbehaved.
Everything is back up and you can just disregard that note.

I was gamebanned, waited 48 hours, reinstalled windows, cleaned and spoofed, and was 3 day temp banned on a new new account with no cheats. Does anyone have instructions on what I can do differently.

The 3-day temporary bans are still a work in progress. For now, waiting between bans is the only known workaround and this affects all providers at the moment. We do have a general chat, but it is only available to active subscribers. You can access it by using #activate on Discord.
