We started a collaboration with a certain Ch3HP to repair our homepage.

This person deceived us and took advantage of us.
He got a copy of the database while trying to help us.

We noticed that just a few moments later.
We responded immediately and disconnected

It only happened because we moored it

We didn't let him blackmail us either!

No account was stolen!

Thanks to the quick reaction of the team, we brought everything to safety.

You just have to change your PIN / password and everything is fine. Before you didnt change it you cant login! Its for your own security!

Vielen Dank für das Statement. Dann werde ich morgen Mittag mal anfangen zu spielen. Dennoch wünsche ich weiterhin einen angenehmen Serverstart. Hoffentlich gelangen keine Daten in falsche Hände! :(

Man kann sich auch alles schön reden, mich und sicher viele andere auch würde mal interessieren ob hier Passwörter in Klartext gespeichert werden und derjenige nun Zugriff auf eben diese hat?

So da die datenbank veröffentlich wurde, muss man nun hoffen dass man schnell genug wach ist wegen der hp richtig?

Man kann sein Passwort/PIN so weit ich weiß nur über eine Email ändern die man zugeschickt bekommt, nicht direkt über die HP. Kann sich also nicht jeder kek mit id/pw einloggen und einfach die daten ändern.

Natürlich werden diese nicht in Klartext gespeichert, das wäre auf jeder Ebene höchst verwerflich. Dieser Jemand bot sich einfach an uns bei dem Webserver Problem zu helfen und wir haben die Hilfe angenommen. Er hatte niemals direkten Zugriff von uns bekommen. Er hat über TV/Anydesk mit Exploit gearbeitet. Er konnte sehen wie Exploit einen neuen User erstellt hat und hat mit diesem User versucht schaden anzurichten. Wir haben diesen User aber nach 2-3 Minuten wieder gesperrt.

Wir haben sofort gesehen, dass er sich Zugriff verschaffen hat und wir haben sofort den Server in den Wartungsmodus gefahren. Alle Daten sind sicher, kein Account kann beschädigt werden und mit unserem nächsten Patch sind die Accounts auch wieder komplett sicher.

Am Ende kann man nur sagen; Ja, das war naiv und vielleicht nicht ganz durchdacht mit diesem Typ zusammen zu arbeiten aber wenn man müde ist und sich in solch einer enormen Stresssituation befindet, macht man leider nun mal Fehler. Wir haben zu unserem Glück sehr schnell gehandelt und konnten verhindern, dass es zu Schäden an den Accounts kommt.

Verstehe ich das richtig, von eurer Seite aus ist alles "in Ordnung", da zwar jegliche User Daten geklaut worden sind, jedoch die Spielstände von wenigen Stunden Spielzeit gerettet sind? Ernsthaft?

Hab zwar aufgrund eurer vorherigen Projekte nicht sonderlich viel Hoffnung in euren Server gesteckt, das hätte ich jedoch auf keinen Fall erwartet.

wie verläuft das jetzt mit pw und pin änderung? die daten sind doch geleaked kann sich jeder einloggen und ändern oder wie kann ich das verstehen? erklärung vom sa wäre gut

Der jute alte kleine kek Miguel Filipe Miranda alias Ch3HP immer noch unterwegs in der M2 Szene um anderen zu schaden.. Dachte den hätte schon längst jemand umgelegt.
