- skilllist fixed(you can now skill 500 skills)
- added the shield when creating an 1 hand europe
- fixed a crash when quiting the game

- added:if you are online no one can login(i forgot this last time :x)
- added pvp cape usage. use this to gain the cape:

/makeitem ITEM_CH_M_FRPVP_VOUCHER_E 0
Female:
/makeitem ITEM_CH_W_FRPVP_VOUCHER_E 0
Equip the cape and you can attack another player

And another thing is that i noticed that the server crashes a lot if there are some people on it.I know where the reason for this is and i will implementent a new database system for this soon.(thanks for the idea windrius :D)

And if you have a polish keyboard you need to change to us keyboard, otherwise it cant load the itemdata
