To anyone that is getting a virus message or similar just turn off your anti-virus, download the trainer and make it an exception in your anti-virus then you can turn your anti-virus back on.
If the trainer doesn't work for you even though its running, try running the trainer as administrator. This is what I'm doing and it works perfectly.
