Yep, it works on EUNE.

For me it donot work anymore for every region

Simple tip, for those who use NHC bot.
Open saved accounts with notepad++, press ctrl+h, type in the first field "|' and in the second one ":", Replace all, that way you will be able to use it w/ nhc bots w/o having to rename every single character.
Hope there will be fix for this tool for EUW.

didn't work anymore

it's not working for me on win8.1 and win8 and win7 all 64-bit .. EUNE server ..
