i have a bad solve to this problem..
just take another .tga file and copy it to the defult folder and change the name of the file to slot04_2 cuse the problem is that slot4_2.tga file is missing....

Donno which problems you have just change the slot_04_2.tga in the wdtaskbar.cpp to slot04.tga and it works....
