its not work when i try to login , says id & pw wrong and when i close it and login at normal way the account login normaly ... please tell me how to solve this problem

umm could you make it work with spanish conquer? it worked at the first release but now it crash. When i try to open Conquer it crash but, when i deactive the auto vendor it logs and if i try to chat or say something in the game it crashs.
