You can't make an save file because the IDs of the Weapons are dynamic.

Did you opened it up with Adminstrator Permissions?
If not, then you know why it won't show up.

it keep stop working and always open as admin too

always not work never on win xp 32 bit and win 7 32 but always keep stop working :(
