You can then start building him tanky, as he should be.
Start with:
Cloth Armor + hp pots
Madreds Razor
boots
wriggles
Sunfire
Banshee
Some damage / more tanky items
Mix up the order of sunfire and basnehee depending on if their team has more AD or AP damage...
If you're going to solo top or lane...:
Again you still go tanky DPS lol
Possibly Yohmuu
Oden veil
banshee / FoN first if they have heavy magic damage
Sunfire / Thornmail first if they have heavy AD damage
Maybe then you can start to build damage with warmogs + atmas
Or get a black cleaver or frozen mallet afterwards
MR first if heavy magic damage
Armor first if they have armor damage, you'd still get both at the end, it's just you need to comply with what you're against in the beginning
For example.... starters..:
Against heavy mage:
Lanern (If you're jungling...)
Banshee
Boots
Sunfire
FoN... (Force of nature)
Your other items, I explained at the top...
Heavy AD:
Sunfire
Boots
Banshee
Thornmail...
Your other items, I explained at the top...
Mixed? you say:
You need to build all arounder, check which is dealing the most damage to you first even if they have a even amount of AD or AP...
With your death recap, explained what items you should get at the top in this situation:
Banshee/Sunfire
Boots
Whichever you didn't get... (Sunfire/banshee)
Builds towards on which is dealing the most damage to you and build more resistance or you can screw that and build on damage..
Javan is a tanky dps, can be a little bit of support..
So you can go tanky with the core of banshee / sunfire in every build and go to build more damage
or
you can go tanky again with core of banshee / sunfire and build more tanky sustainability
or
You can go core again and go for warmogs and atmas :D

I can't decide for you if you haven't gave any info on your play style or how you like to play
Edit:
Javan: Tanky DPS / abit of support.
Quite a good champion. He is very strong in laning phase and he also can jungle. He makes an average jungler and can easily gank at level 2, depending if you can land the E and Q properly to knock them up and set the gank up.
(I've written a guide a few posts up..)
Lee sin: Mostly jungles. He does well in laning phase harassing with his Q, his ganks are average and he is used quite alot in top tier. He is a tanky DPS also. Both Javan and Lee Sin can build tanky dps Lee sin usually goes with the build of lantern, boots, warmogs + atmas and then frozen mallet
Very good champion. Worth using + very strong and is fun to use.
Orianna: Got nerfed. lol
Good damage. Isn't used anymore in top tier game, as she is abit weak now due to the range decrease on Q and her normal attack etc... She is very fun to use and her ult can be nice if you can use it properly towards to your team's advantage.
Good harass abilities but she can sometimes be useless in team fights. I don't like playing her anymore.
May not be indepth detail, but you haven't asked for much so I thought to give you some background information

You can ofc stomp noobs with twitch, but that's all he's useful for
But he also gets banned quite often, so if you want to play him in ranked, I would rather suggest JarvanQuote:

He's easy, he can rape, he can kill anything. :p

Allgemein sind Items wie Frozen Heart gut für gewisse Tanks. Damit die halt weniger Atk-Speed haben und somit auch langsamer 4% dmg machen.Quote:

You could get thornmail or a guardians angel. Taunt the person with madreds...
tell your team to focus him down, even if you die, you'll res back up.
As well with that you won't die that fast as you got your W and your other tank items.... I wouldn't bother with a frozen heart.
CC the person with madreds bloodrazor, why are you letting him stand there and rape your HP? lol :p
You're Rammus...... Ping the guy, flash in or rolling. Taunt him, defence curl. Rape him. People who get bloodrazor is mainly squishies...
