As far as I know, Growth Potion was added in epic 7.1, there is no growth potion in the current available database.

anyone know the petcard id for the guardians from dungeon siege? =)

The ID of the Growth Potion :900005 and the State ID :4102 (Will only be shown on a 7.1 modded PH Client)

But you have to enter the effect manual.
