We don't really follow this pattern. 'Do what i say or your server will die'. It wasn't the point from the beginning. We are taking the issue step by step. jumping with huge steps would make the server creepy. Its A B C how to progress in the right way. However, I respect everybody's idea. We have plans for adding premium items as rewards. You didn't get into my brain to determine. Just patience. If you feel you are right, another 100 people feel the same like you even if they have the opposite ideas. So we just perform what is possible and what might bring +1 to here.

I peacefully said , i have a suggestion.
Make "not big of a deal" rewards , for jobbing , as Immortals or anything else like avatars or something , to attract more people wear job suit.

for me no elements decreased prize is needed. why? because having high price on them will increase jobbing cause people will be needing gold. i also hope you DON'T increase sox rate or change alchemy rates as both are fine people only cry about they don't get it sox or get high ++ because they are used to ridiculous rates on other private servers. they don't know how to play this anymore..

Well agreed , if my idea about rewards will be rejected , then elements should stay expensive so people would job to afford them ^^

ppl r made cuz they said they did something and infact they tryed but it dosent work.
There was hugh downtimes,delays,lags etc-

If they dont fix guild and uni system im out aswell.

every server with some bads, but this server has much more pros then cons. Lets give it a time. Its new..

btw. i agreee with smth also ppl with +9/10's walkin around in hotan.. most these weps made 2-3 days ago before last update. we all know that. do smth about that.
