Mouse --> Pixel version
Memory --> "Packet" version <-- is not as safe as mouse version but is faster.

Golem doesen't use pixels even in mouse mode (I suppose) because it can gets info on NPCs position with his Flashplayer injection.

But you probably don't have a Golem license :)
