If a platforms received a wave they are 10-14 days listed as detected after they released their security patch.
Like even if a private platform gets a wave, people can often play without instant ban. So this delay is like a security time to confirm the detection status.

The reworked evade posted above got released about 1 hour ago. There's no way you played more than 2 matches with it.

So in conclusion you're judging unfinished evade after ~3 games of playing with it.

In my opinion the evade is way better than what it was.
