Click Here To Register...] / Moonlight Untrusted,I recently had an unpleasant interaction with Moon to be honest who seems to lack basic manners. I approached him politely and asked for on what I needed to do to make his CB hardware work for me. Instead of offering help, he responded aggressively, asking if I couldn’t read and threatening me with a ban without cause. When I tried to address the issue calmly, he claimed I hadn’t mentioned an upgrade, which wasn’t the case. I then asked him, "Can't you read?" and he banned me. I have proof of this interaction, which I will be sharing now.

UPDATE: I spoke to him in another Discord server, and he completely denied his actions and the things he said to me in his own server. His behavior was childish and completely lacking in manners. I've got proof of both conversations, which I'll share as well.

In this case, despite being given clear information about hardware requirements, you continued to ask the same question in different ways. When we pointed this out, you disregarded our guidance and persisted, showing a lack of effort in reading or understanding the provided details.

We only engage with potential users who are respectful and willing to follow instructions. When someone repeatedly ignores information and demands answers that have already been given, we have no obligation to continue assisting them.

Our stance is simple: If you won’t read or listen, we won’t waste our time.

Your response misses the point. I asked for clarification, not because I ignored the info, but because it wasn’t clear. Instead of helping, you escalated the situation and banned me without cause. That’s not how support should work.

If you want to help users, try being more professional next time.


What do you mean I "won’t listen"? I simply asked what I need to get your software running smoothly. Instead of helping, you shut me down and banned me for asking questions.

If you can't provide clear support, don't act like it's the user’s fault for seeking answers.

This thread is about providers, not users. Your response was unprofessional, and instead of offering help, you got defensive. If you can't handle questions calmly, maybe you're not the right provider.

All I asked was which PC specs are needed to run your software smoothly. Why are you acting so innocent now? Trying to save face? I have the screenshots that show exactly how you handled this.

There is very little that can be confused if you look at our hardware requirements page. There is simply nothing I can do if they don't understand what a core is or what ram is. I would suggest they learn the basics of computers and how to navigate/use them!
