[RELEASE]ID Manager

I used some IDM's but i really dont know how this should work :'D. I Start it, then start S4 League. Do the Things you do in the Video but nothing appears...all values on "0"

If s4 updated then it's probaly outdated. I havent played for a week so I dont know...

I believe it was mentioned before that he'd try to work an effect changer into the new version that's been a work in progress for a little while.

i just started playing and both applications crashed while the level was loading. I tried again and it crashed mid load. i did put on my third weapon and skill but that cant possibly be a factor, you cant play any games without a skill.
