I did not 'want it' as Both my accounts had been banned due to your referral problem in Oct/Nov. I have been trying to get in touch with you on another forum for months but no reply there.

I saw you log in on skype today by happenstance and reached out to you. As explained through skype, I am unable to have them unbanned (riot has not replied to my weekly support queries since I found out I had been banned in January).

As such I do not need or want any referrals due to having no accounts on LoL anymore.

I only sell on this forum so I don't know where you're trying to contact me. I can't refund you and I won't refund you. I only agreed to refund certain people who discussed it with me when they bought the service, as far as I know you did not. I'm sorry if I'm not on Skype 24/7 for your every need, maybe you should readjust your expectations.

GU4RDIAN1 you advertised your services last year August in the forums I frequent.

Your referral services thread there has been closed by a moderator in those forums. If you would prefer a memory jog, I am able to pm you and any mod who so requires the forum location.

In that thread you have asked us, your customers, to pm you and we did. Repeatedly. To no avail.

I expect a service provider to treat me with respect as a paid (and very disappointed) customer. Not one who disconnects after an 'um' or curses me out when all I have been doing was to ask for help and consideration.

I am only doing what any sane customer who has purchased something that has been found faulty would do. Ask for a refund.

In being vehemently denied that refund. I have asked for an alternative to a refund which does not involve more referrals.

Referrals which has firstly, gotten my gaming accounts banned and secondly, I would have no use for anymore.

If all else fails and my appeal is unheard and uncared of by GU4RDIAN1, at least future elitepvpers would know to be cautious and wary.

And if you chose this service, please make sure to have refund discussions in writing for proof.

Hopefully in this, I can help any future banned customers of GU4RDIAN1 achieve their refunds in a timely and less frustrating manner.

Yes and I don't go on those forums anymore since I don't sell on them, like I said.

As I said I am not on Skype to fill your every request 24/7.

You received your referrals and there is no guarantee that you won't be banned, that is out of my control.

To make sure none of you are confused from now on, there is no refunds for you being banned unless you discuss this with me BEFORE buying. In some cases I may redo the referrals if I am partly at fault for the banning.
