1. Rates depends on your lvl. lvl 1 = 1x rates, lvl 10 = 10x rates, lvl 50 = 50x rates .....
2. there some bugs, like some skills , but this will be fixed soon =)

the ver. of this server is 1.314 , so download the latest client from Joymax and update it to 1.314 :)

Same here, I can never seem to catch when they open registration.. I guess they are tight ass's on it because they can only hold so many connections on their server. Would be nice to test this server out!!
