We made an announcement in our public discord that the overlay was flagged once we had confirmed people were getting banned by the cheat.
Additionally, we had marked both cheats as in maintenance. We allowed sales because it seemed that a good amount of people were able to play without getting banned, and because we allow injections during maintenance.
If you look at my other post on this thread, you'd know that tickets automatically close after a few days of no response.
Like I said, it is a valid complaint that we had long response times. We are trying to fix things, but we did not exit scam by any means.
I will admit, we 100% should've told Xenos the cheat was flagged and made a post or something about it on epvp, but 2 extremely valuable members of our team had left the project at around the time this happened, and I was caught up in trying to keep things afloat.
Yes, we could've handled the situation better, but just because we didn't doesn't mean we're exit scamming?
Additionally, I've made multiple announcements in our discord and a few posts on here asking any customers who did not get a response in their ticket to make another one so we can get their issues handled.
We both know you could not give a shit less about what actually happened, this is about your personal feud with us.
