if i install and try to run it it dont work?

What should this error be caused by? and how to solve it?

PS: All Conquer is original, so no edit or whatever on it, and patched to the last one :S

A. Can u fix it and get it to work on tiger .
B. now days when ever i try to log on (Venus server) it doesnt let me on, it keeps loading n never goes on ..

i have a problem first of all cant open cidproxy becvause MSVCR71.dll couldnt found
and when i want to logg into the game the load thing doesnt appear for a sec then it comes and a sec later a message: "servermaintance or network conquested" but my internet is good and there is no server maintance

some1 wana tell me wtf "Cannot find main starup class" means. Cuz thats wat it keeps saying each time i try to start this thing. lmao and for all those that keep sating u get server maintaince shit then all u gotta do is double click on the green blob shit bfor u start conquer

i cant log in cz i was installing CID Proxy on my CO folder then i click cid proxy it say's that the main startup class could not be found then i click start co online it says graphic.dll was not found reinstalling may fix the problem
