1. Yes it is normal, because the server is overloaded whole time, also the server limitation didnt help against it.

2. Yes, there is one, BUT it is in chinese :(
u can also look up at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] of the official one [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

3. It is random when the server will be up after a crash.
Can take some minutes until some days :rtfm:
Best is, you take a look in this Thread, we try to tell whole time when Server will be UP and DOWN

you can't loggin because the server in Check status.

and your pk2 in ??? so download pk2 english or use lolkop loaders for translate it to english.

ehh Ecsro now is better...
Btw iam looking for a guild since all egy guilds after some gws are really worthless. :(
