check the server table
if ok try to check that

id = 1
serverid = 1
name = ur server name
users_current = 0
users_max = 100 ~ 500 (or more if u want)
state = 1 (not check)
ip = 127.0.0.1 (or ur machine ip if u use vps or something like that)
port = 15780
type = 0

How i can open GM console?

Open sql manager -> karakterler table -> gm 1
To open an Ingame Console, once you log ingame, press Shift + Alt as much times as needed until you switch you keyboard language to US (Unitated States), Or UK (English).
Once you switch, press Shift + ~ (The button left from 1) till the Console pops out.

Can't fix it ....

it's updated also the database is refreshed so put the new database in mssql.
