Hello E-PvPers Community,
We want to inform you that, after a few months of some confusion or concern with the future of the NostaleUP server, finally we are going to close the server because it cannot be maintained.
Why are we informing you of this?
For those who didn't know, the NostaleUP server is an Asian private server that uses Eastmile server/client/web software and receives all Eastmile updates and content patches since we were collaborating with them. The differences are due to the fact that its own staff was in charge of running everything related to the mall shop, its offers and special boxes in NostaleUP, and regarding the content of the game there are also some differences because they made small adjustments to prices, materials, crafts, rewards, quest objectives, temporal events, items, some rates, and difficulty, so that it would be more adapted to that server's target and to the way in which the NostaleUP Staff wanted to make their own version of Eastmile.
But not everything are bad news, the joint decision taken after its closure is that we are going to try not to leave all the players who were playing in NostaleUP without a server, we are going to make a certain merge with our Eastmile server. Our intention is that all the players who were in NostaleUP find a server to play in Eastmile, because in essence it isn't very different from one another.
That's why everyone who wants to start a new adventure in Eastmile (or follow it if they already played on our server too) will be welcome, and of course we remind to you that we have a section in our discord to give feedback, ideas and opinions, that NostaleUP players can use to make Eastmile a server for everyone.
What will happen to NostaleUP?
As we have previously mentioned, NostaleUP is going to close its doors. After talking with the founder of NostaleUP we have decided to merge their server accounts and redirect all its platforms to Eastmile, so those who want to play can directly create new characters and start the adventure in Eastmile.
Why do we do that?
Mergin NostaleUP accounts to Eastmile will let all players who decide to start their new adventure here using their NostaleUP account receive a special NostaleUP Reward Box based on the level they went up in NostaleUP when entering for the first time in their account, which will allow them to skip the entire early game and to be able to access the current content quickly and have some items to be able to improve and prepare, and they are not forced to have to replay all the content they already played in NostaleUP. In any case, we want to emphasize that there are certain things in the content that aren't completely the same in Eastmile because, as we have commented, the NostaleUP Staff managed their server in their own way and made adjustments and changes to the updates received from Eastmile, that's why we can't directly merge both servers.
This NostaleUP Reward Ticket will only be available until 31/07/2022, on August 1, 2022 they will be removed from the game and can no longer be claimed in any way. If you already started playing in Eastmile with another account or you want to receive the rewards on another character you can pass the ticket, but make sure you open it on the character you want to receive the rewards because once you open most of them you will no longer be able to get them out of your character.
We hope you get encouraged to continue playing in Eastmile so the whole community can become bigger and welcome you.
